Datsun Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
The Datsun is an automobile brand owned by Nissan. Datsun's original production run began in 1931. From 1958 to 1986, only vehicles exported by Nissan were identified as Datsun. By 1986, Nissan had phased out the Datsun name, but re-launched it in June 2013 as the brand for low-cost vehicles manufactured for emerging markets. Nissan would phase out the Datsun brand for the second time starting from 2020.
Satish Sathe reviewed Datsun in all versions for CARWALE stating that ¨Engine overheat indicator doesn't work as expected¨and adding: "The Engine heat indicator is defective and will never indicate if the engine is overheating. In our case, we had an issue where the water from the radiator tank was completely drained and we used it for about 10KM and the engine overheat indicator didn't indicate. There were all sorts of overheat issues later on - which meant that the car was in the Uppal service center for about 2 months (don't remember exact times now) and had to cough up about 30k. The worst thing is that: the company never accepted that the overheat indicator was defective. Can't believe this company for any product further purchases for sure."
